this baby does the job.... I can't believe how much better this is than a cheapo unit from wal mart I just threw away... okay, here is an update after having it for a year. A couple of months ago it started not shutting off after shredding paper. Really, for me, that isn't a big deal, I just turned it off and on as needed, just takes a sec... Anyway, today I got curious if there was a simple fix: I called customer service... best customer service I've ever experienced, picked up phone immediately, talked to a real person who was knowledgeable and pleasant. She talked me through cleaning the sensors, but when that didn't help she immediately told me she'd just send me a new one.
