So far this shredder works fine, it is very quiet, easy to empty and has a very good design. A very good safety feature is the shutoff when you get your hands to close to the paper feed! I am satisfied, this is a good product for the money. The transaction from Amazon was good as always. Placed order on 2/28 and it was delivered on 3/3
