Amazon completed the purchase and delivery in record time. We set up to chew up a lot of old records, and quickly found that the Powershredder has trouble with more than 6 sheets at a time. The latch on the basket tends to come open, and after 20 minutes or so of continuous operation, the unit overheats. It's adequate, but not what we expected.
