I finally was fed up with the weak shredder I had for years which was difficult to empty and jammed and clogged. This one is a GREAT improvement. Take those full credit card offers and put the whole thing unopened right into the slot. CDs, credit cards, chop right up. To empty, just pull out the basket and dump, then slide back in.
