I bought this shredder approximately 5 weeks ago and am very pleased. It works well. I don't do a lot of shredding (like a business or office would). However, I am glad I went to a medium-duty shredder and not to a light-duty shredder. Good size waste basket, easy to empty. The autosensing techology is a very good safety feature.
