I bought this product to replace one that lasted only 1 month before failing! Unfortunately, I did not keep my receipt and could not return it. The product that failed was NOT a Fellowes, so I decided to try this based on warranty and reputation. It has been a great machine. It is quick, powerful, reasonably quiet.
