The shredder is heavy duty and well constructed. During the first day of use I tested to see how easily it could be jammed. When jamming occurred, cycling between reverse and forward while pulling the paper easily cleared the jam.
It seems to shread CDs/DVDs, credit cards and multiple sheets of paper easily.
