Shipment received almost right away. This shredder replaced my other shredder, which lasted about 4-5 years until the engine burned out. This has much more capacity, is quieter, safer for my two little boys, and can handle tough jobs like credit cards and CDs. It's a great deal for the price, considering I use it mainly for home use.
