I absolutely love this product. I had a giant stack of shredding and the machine did not jam once. It ran for about 30-40 minutes before overheating - which was no problem. I probably shred 1500 pages before it overheated. It does live up to its description - shreds about 11 sheets at a time, but most of the time I put in 5-10 sheets at a time just to make sure I didn't get held up fixing a jam.
